Free Buteyko Breathing technique class
Though breathing is part of our day today voluntary actions, it must be done properly and for this we need to improve our breathing technique. A free session on Buteyko Breathing will take place this week dealing with all sorts of breathing problems. An expert from Buteyko Breathing Rehabilitaion Method will visit Hampshire to give a detailed explanation on it.
Simon Paddon, a specialist in Buteyko Breathing will host the event that will be held on 30 January (Thursday) this year from 10:30am for two hours. Based on the pilot studies done by Simon, most of the diseases such as asthma, COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), anxiety, panic and bronchial problems can be treated with this method. As per Buteyko Breathing, the way we breathe has to be checked in order to get rid of those problems. For example, by following a breathing method while at sleep, cough, eating, exercise, cough and panic we can reduce any ill effects to a great extent.
Interested persons need to book by calling 0844 357 7373 or online at buteykomethod.co.uk to attend the event.
