A series of murals depicting the history of Derby can be witnessed outside the Golden Eagle pub. The walls of the Agard Street Pub contain artworks representing famous people, scenes and events from the past. The Agard Street Pub will be renamed to Golden Eagle pub (previous name) which will be opened at the end of July.
This pub has been taken up by the owner of Titan Brewery, Brian Collins and Jim, his son. Brian has announced that a free pint will be given to anyone who will explain the details of art, that is when, who and what is related to the mural. So, check out for this tricky event as quick as possible.
