Dale and Valley Homes along with Bishop Auckland College is offering council tenants of Wear Valley a chance to learn the basics and skills for free. This has been decided as customers may need to manage their welfare benefits online thereafter.
This decision has been taken keeping in mind that most of the customers would not be proficient in computer language. Learners can take level one and take up level two if requirement need be. Interested customers of Valley and Dale need to contact customer involvement team on 0800-0830-333 for the courses to be accessed in Crook or in Bishop Auckland.
