The Seckford Foundation is planning to establish a free school on the site where the Ixworth Middle School is located. It will take students in the age group of 11 to 16. The plan will be undertaken as per the school established in the Church of England.
This decision has been taken following the closing down of Ixworth Middle School. The Department for Education has received bids from two rivals so far.
