The PDSN (Physical Disability and Sensory Needs) network will hold a free event on 19 February (Wednesday) to provide advice on health and free health checks. The event is scheduled to be held at the Kennet Room of the Civic Centre from 10 am – 1 pm. The network is made up of carers, users, representatives from national charities and local organisations. They aim to provide help to people with neurological conditions, physical disabilities and sensory loss.
Health advices on various issues such as managing stress and anxiety, services for visual and hearing impairment, advising people on living independently and coping with illnesses will be covered.
