April 14th, 2014 by Sandy

Super Connected Portsmouth will celebrate the launch of the Demonstrator Hub and run on 28 May, 2014, on Wednesday, a 2-hour session free for Portsmouth businesses to help them use superfast broadband to improve productivity and save money in their operations.

Participants can have a one-to-one session with an advisor of Super Connected Portsmouth, at the Demonstrator Hub. This place is a dedicated place to help businesses get hands-on experience. Advisers will explain the use of video conferencing, cloud computing or internet telephony, for the workplace. They will also learn how to make the most of their websites, find the benefit of investment in new technology, or which broadband technology can save costs and time.

Portsmouth City Council’s Deputy Leader and Cabinet-Member for Resources explained that rapidly changing technology in computing and internet can leave us behind and businesses should be better informed to make the right business decisions.
