A charity for cancer sufferers, the Macmillan Cancer Support and Shoosmiths LLP, are holding a free event for any employer, a seminar to remind them of the responsibilities as an employer of someone suffering from cancer. Cancer-in-the-Workplace, Business Breakfast, is the seminar to be hosted on 13 March (Thursday), from 8:00AM to 10:00AM at Barclaycard, 1234 Pavilion Drive, Northampton.
Northamptonshire’s population has a number of people living with cancer. It is expected to double from 2010 to 2030, besides the 6 million people caring for a sufferer of cancer in UK.
