Free exercise classes for people aged above 50

People aged 50and above get a chance to attend exercise classes for free! Yes, researchers will study changes happening in people during this session. Assessment will be done before and after the course to understand changes that happen to a person.

The exercise session will be conducted from 11th June for 8 weeks and then onwards from 3rd September on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 5pm and 6pm. The session is scheduled to be held at the Wivenhoe campus sports centre.

Free Space Gallery showing “Nothing Here”

Starting Thursday, 30th May, the Free Space Gallery the arts venue situated within the Kentish Town Health Centre on Bartholomew Road, will be exhibiting the works of Michelle Heron, Vicky Dale and Jeny Leonard. The venue will be showing their collection of work on urban decay. This arts venue is known for hosting work of outsider artists, to promote free and open discussions, based on the principles of free thought and expression. So, walk in with your thinking caps on.
