City Kicks members can enjoy free Madagascar 3 show

Glad news for all City Kicks members as you can enjoy Madagascar 3 for free on November 25th at 11am at AMC Cinemas, Deansgate, Manchester. City Kicks is an online club launched by Barclays Premier League Champions Manchester City for young football fans.

Enjoy the show with Marty, Alex, Melman and Gloria trying to reach back to Central Park Zoo and the Big Apple. But, they need to look for penquins before. Then they are joined by King Julian and Co., the penquins and the monkeys at Monte Carlo when they are gate crashed during a party and catch the attention of Animal Control. Find out how they (zebra, a lion, four penguins, hippo, giraffe, three lemurs, two monkeys) join a travelling circus and get back to New York without attracting the attention.

The captain of Animal Control wants to take Alex in to her collection and has been continuously hindering them from getting back to New York. What happens next? Watch and find out for yourself.

This all ticket event can be enjoyed by City Kicks members (with a maximum of four per family) who are only eligible to get free tickets. Children aged below 14 must be accompanied by an adult. To get the free ticket call on 0161 444 1894 and press option 1 and then 3 or visit MCFC Box Office.

Free tamper-proof number plate screws for vehicles

Anti-theft or tamper proof screws for number plates on vehicles are being offered free by the police from Queniborough and Goscote, teamed-up with the Automobile Association. The event will be held on Saturday, 24 November, 2012, at the Warren Industrial Estate, off Craftsman Way, East Goscote. There is no prior appointment needed and the tamper-proof screws will be fitted free of charge during the day, between 8.00am and 4.00pm. These ‘clutch head screws’ are nearly impossible to remove owing to the one-way design they have.

Police have found the problem of number plate theft prevalent nationally and on the increase in recent years. Police attribute this partly to charges for use on certain roads, on more speed-cameras in use and the rising cost of petrol. After the theft of a number plate it is used on vehicles involved in crimes like speeding, disguising a stolen vehicle, illegal parking or not paying for fuel or congestion charges.
