Frequently Asked Questions

I haven't received my membership email.
Because of the nature of this website (i.e. free stuff, freebies, free samples, discounts, coupons....etc) many email providers presume that emails with these words in are related to spam.

Please check your email folders (including any Spam or Junk Mail) as the email will be there somewhere (if you typed in the correct email address).

Why do you require so much information on joining?
Some offers are only available to people over 18, or may only be suitable to people over this age. By collecting your date of birth, our system will know if you are old enough to see the Adult Section or not, and will only allow you access the day you turn 18 or over.

We also collect information as it helps us discuss future promotions with companies as we are able to show them statistics of our visitors and their interests.

You have a link to my site, can I have it removed?
Of course, any company that wishes to have their site or offer removed from Free In UK can do so by sending an email with the details. We don't get a great deal of these requests, as many companies see Free In UK as a valuable advertising medium that is free of charge.

Can I advertise on your website?
The simple answer is yes. A bit more info;
- If you have a competition running on your website, we will gladly advertise it on Free In UK in return for details of our competition being advertised on your website.

- If you have a free sample or offer, then we will gladly advertise your company free of charge.

- If you do not have a free sample or offer, alternative advertising that meets your requirements can be arranged, such as CPM or even reciprocal links are sometimes considered.
