Free workshop on performing arts for young people

Young people aspiring to join the performing arts have an opportunity to learn now. The Brit School in Croydon, South London, will be offering sessions and drama classes for acting, music and public speaking. They will play host to Act Up, Speak Up workshops by SR Expressions, that include spoken word, role-play, drama and rap sessions. They will be held on 1st May, Thursday. It’s open to young people between the ages of 14 and 19 years, to help build creativity, confidence and job prospects. One of the tutors at the sessions is actor and presentator, Susan Lawson-Reynolds. The workshops are free, but seat are limited. For details contact- srexpression@gmail.com.
