Funded by European Social Fund (ESF) and co-financed by the Skills Funding Agency (SFA), a fully funded training session for existing employees will be hosted to improve their existing skills and to gain extra knowledge. The training solution is for businesses in Barnsley, Kirklees, Calderdale, York, Leeds, Selby, Craven and Harrogate.
This session will help to improve workforce skills, increase motivation, effectiveness and productivity. Small and medium sized businesses with number of employee upto 250 and who are based in the areas specified earlier are eligible for the free programme.
