To celebrate the anniversary of the Brixton Learning Centre for Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan, it will be offering to anyone interested a free session at one children’s or adult beginner’s class, during the the whole of May. The Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan classes, opened 3 years back, have coached more than 200 students this traditional form over the years.
This form is perceived by the general public as a slow exercise, as dance-like, but there’s more to it in this complete art. This traditional Chinese marital art has its origins in a family lineage some 150 years back right to the imperial court of the Ching dynasty.
The Brixton Learning centre teaches to all abilities and ages this traditional form. This renowned Chinese internal martial art is known for improving the quality of physical and mental health.
