Visit Chesham Library to get free health check up done. You will be eligible for this offer based on various conditions such as age factor (between 40 to 74 years); registration with a Buckinghamshire GP or a resident in Buckinghamshire; medication and diagnosis details of diseases and more. ToHealth will deliver these sessions on behalf of Buckinghamshire County Council.
This free service is available from November 4. Timings for health checks will be from 11am to 6pm on Mondays and Thursdays; 9:30am to 4:30pm on Tuesdays & Wednesdays and from 9:30am to 4:00pm on Saturdays. No booking is required to avail this offer. Those planning for a check up need just to reach the spot on time. Parking and wheel chair facilities are available.
