West Lindsey District Council has invited residents to register for a number of free courses on the internet and on introduction to computing. The courses are being run on behalf of the council by Community Lincs. Thanks to the superfast broadband hotspots available in remote parts of Lindsey and connections installed in more than 30 village halls, by the council, the people can take all advantage of this facility and to learn courses. Councillor Ian Fleetwood is happy that so many halls in villages in rural areas have high-speed broadband. They now had to encourage as many people as possible to make use of such facilities, as for the free courses. To register or for details call up Community Lincs on 01529 302466.
