The Leaseholders Advisory Service (LEASE) will be holding a seminar in Cardiff during 19thof March. The LEASE event will be reiterating the ongoing commitment of the organisation to help leaseholders in the county. The event which is being conducted, is a free one and is being supported by RICS Wales, but attendees should register, as it is allocated on a first come first served basis. The seminar will have Chief Executive of LEASE, Anthony Essien, welcoming the attendees, a keynote address and a workshop on leasehold laws.
