Halfords Autocentres, an independent garage network with more than 290 Autocentres across the UK will offer free tyre checks in the month of October. The decision came following the association becoming the member of TyreSafe, a not for profit organisation.
The campaign is aimed at encouraging drivers to check if the tyres are inflated with correct pressure. According to the chairman of TyreSafe, while motorists get a chance to check the tyres for free, car owners get similar chance as Halfords Autocentres are also in the same board. This is a great opportunity for all car owners to conduct a thorough check of the tyres at free of cost at any of the Autocentres in the United Kingdom.
