An open day will be organised by farmer Michael Manners, that will be beneficial to land-owners and farmers who like to learn about sources of renewable energy, such as wind power, on 6 May, Tuesday, at Coniscliffe Grange.
The free event to be held in the farm near Darlington, is part of (and one of) the 5 open days being organised by Earthmill. They are specialist in farm scale wind-turbine, are suppliers and installers and they will also showcase this technology on farms all over Britain. Managing director of Earthmill, Steve Milner, emphasised the potential of strong consistent winds in the North East. It is also a great opportunity for farmers to know more and interact with experts, farmers and people, he added.
