ELC's Ordering Procedure:

You can place an order at an ELC store and request it to be delivered home.
You can order online by visiting  www.elc.co.uk website.
You can order over the phone between 8am to 10pm; 7 days a week. Just call 0871 231 3511.

In case for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with  your order you can ask for a replacement or refund. You can also become a member of the Big Birthday Club and receive a host of benefits. For registration purposes your child needs to be between 0-6 years of age.
