A survey conducted by NSL in 2001 indicates that over 55 percent of consumers having Internet access at home said they ordered products online in the previous 12 months in comparison to only 44 percent in 1999. Convenience is the most common reason they like to shop online (a staggering 56 percent!).The most popular searches were of course books and music (bookish 57 percent!), booking of airplane seats or other travel tickets (whooping 49 percent!), Hardware (30 percent- can skyrocket in the future), clothes (35 percent), Software (34 percent - expected to rise in future) and Concerts movie tickets or sporting events (33 percent). Consumers are spending about the same bucks as they did in 1999 - mostly under $500.

Yeah i like to do my own grocery shopping as it might come all bashed and might not be the best selection if its done for me.I only do clothes and games shopping online and for other gadgets and maybe a few christmas presents.Sorry im getting lazy but it beats the busy highstreet at christmas time.
