The free programme is scheduled to start with a parade that begins from Duncannon Street and move along Charing Cross Road and Shaftesbury Avenue. There will be opening ceremony in Trafalgar Square with special guests giving speech. The opening is marked officially and celebrations start off with various programmes such as music, Dragon dancing and performances on the Trafalgar Square stage.
