All the proficient cooks and catering college students are eligible to participate in the competition, the final of which will be held at Unilever Food Solutions Culinary Business Development Centre, Leatherhead, on 8th of November.<\/p>\n<p>There are two categories in the competition \u2013 \u2018Gluten-free Chef of the Year\u2019 for professionals and \u2018Up and Coming Gluten-free Chef of the year\u2019 for the students.<\/p>\n<p>The recipe should:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be apt for informal dining, cafeteria and restaurants<\/li>\n<li>Be appropriate for all the four seasons<\/li>\n<li>Be novel, and at the same time simple and easy to serve<\/li>\n<li>Be economical<\/li>\n<li>Be delicious and of good quality and of flavour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Three participants will be selected from each category on 21st October.<\/p>\n<p>Phil Vickery will be assisted by a few catering experts including Adam Gray, who was the Executive Chef at Rhodes Twenty Four in London.
