The seminar will be held between 8. 30 am to 10 am.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\norganizer has arranged for a breakfast event for the businesses\nsuffering to understand the digital system to clear the confusion\nabout the system to file VAT returns digitally. If you are registered\nunder VAT and having turnover of above \u00a385,000, you need to file\nreturns digitally. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nparticipants can learn about Making Tax Digital, the meaning, making\nready your business for MTD and various advice and support on the\nsoftware option suitable for the businesses. There will be 45 minutes\nfree assessment of business available for the participants which can\nbe booked and followed by which there will be a software options and\ndemonstration. Amy Johnston &#8211; Business Services &amp; Software\nSpecialist from David Allen will be leading the session. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chamber\nChief Executive &#8211; Rob Johnston said that based on the last year\u2019s\nresearch by the British Chambers of Commerce, the businesses are\nstill that businesses were far from ready. The MTD system is\nrequiring businesses to register for and then they have to file\nreturns using the software that has been approved by HMRC. Many\nbusinesses who are not aware of the systems feel panic and they feel\nthat the software is very expensive.
