There is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spaldingtoday.co.uk\/whats-on\/mindfulness-weekend-being-held-in-spalding-9072477\/\">free admission<\/a> to the event and will be running from 10 am to 4 pm.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nevent will feature inspiring talks, various workshops and arts &amp;\ncraft demonstrations that are focused to help the participants to get\nrelax and creative. The event will help to calm mind and the craft\nand creativity helping to get great mental health. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nvisitors can get a chance to meet and chat with artists, arts &amp;\ncrafts demos, mini workshops and various talks. You can enjoy at\nonsite caf\u00e9 on Saturday. There is free admission to the Art of\nMindfulness, but there is nominal charge for some of the workshops.\nYou can meet the holistic therapist and mindfulness expert Kate\nBeddow and she will be conducting one session for adults and one for\nkids. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On\nSunday, you can participate in \u2018Stitch and Bitch\u2019 workshop and\ntalk with Jenny Wood who will share on how creativity helps in\nreducing anxiety, depression and stress. There will be a talk by Asha\nwho is a former journalist and work as a reiki healer &amp; shamanic\npractitioner and giving coaching to local businesses. She will do a\nfree workshop on creative writing.
