The workshops have been supported by Department of Transport and these sessions will feature how science and technology helps in data analysis and highways surface treatments with the help of effective funding models which in turn help the councils to get life for their roads.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nbig companies Gaist and ASI will be holding these workshop series\nbetween 10 am to 3 pm as below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monday\n\u2013 June 3, 2019 in Manchester has been over. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thursday\n\u2013 June 20, 2019 in Birmingham at The Studio, 7 Cannon Street,\nBirmingham B25EP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wednesday\n\u2013 July 3, 2019 in London at 95, Great Portland Street, Marylebone,\nLondon W1W 7NY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\nthe last 10 years, the local authorities had faced the challenge in\ndeveloping long term asset management plans and dealing with\nuncertainity in funding. At the same time, the road users\u2019\nexpectations have been raised that has given pressure to act quickly\nwith the limited resources. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\nthe recent few years, we are hearing the terms digital services,\nsmart cities, smart infrastructure like that.
