The open day will be running from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm. There will also be free taster sessions, membership offers, free advice from councils Health and Wellbeing Assistants, refreshments, prize draws etc.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Northallerton\nLeisure Centre has started toning suite before 18 months and it is\nfocused on people keen on exercise. At the same time it finds\ndifficult because of mobility or weight issues. Now the centre\u2019\nToning Suite has opened to public as open morning on Thursday. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nsuite has 10 station facility with wide range of power supported\nmachines which can be used by all irrespective of age, weight,\nmobility or fitness level.
