This\nis a free family festival being celebrated for the 6th year and\nrunning between 11 am to 6 pm on the day. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bathecho.co.uk\/news\/community\/festival-of-nature-return-bath-for-sixth-year-84267\/\">free festival<\/a> will feature bigger and wonderful programmes with the theme of bringing nature to life. It will given families and children a great opportunity to explore more about the animals research, making garden, hearing stories etc. The event will also be hosted online which gives people around the world to get a chance to enjoy the festival events and activities with the help of collaboration with the Univery of Bath via iVent platform.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Programmes\nof the festival: \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Animal\nResearch &#8211; sessions by the researchers of University of Bath<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lazy\nGardening &#8211; where you can explore more about plants and gardening\nthat helps nature and free seeds to take along with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meet\nthe Spider Warriors \u2013 the story corner of the festival where you\ncan listen stories of various authors including Emma Read sharing\nstories from Milton the Mighty. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Get\ncrafty &#8211; session with Avon Wildlife Trust where you can do\ninsect-themed willow crafts, hands on mini meadow planter and make a\npledge for nature<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Art\nin the park \u2013 there will be a celebration of urban green spaces in\nwhich the visitors are encouraged to take part, as a live animation\nwill be done by Sam Church to mark the launch of the Bristol &amp;\nBath Parks Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enjoy\nthe park \u2013 the visitors can participate in a nature walk and enjoy\ndelicious food and entertainment. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Try\nyour hand at angling \u2013 a demo by Wessex Water and the Angling Trust\nand know more on local fishing spots or watch expert flyfishers on\ndisplay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chief\nExecutive of the Natural History Consortium, the organizer of the\nfestival &#8211; Savita Willmott said that as they are bringing nature to\nthe city, the festival is an incredible day. There will be a host of\nexhibitors inspiring all to help knowing about nature more.
