Picnic in the Park has been organized in the\nparks at Dorset. The events have already been conducted in Radipole\nGardens, Weymouth and Durlston Country Park, Swanage on May 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There will be a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dorsetecho.co.uk\/news\/17573248.free-outdoor-events-are-part-of-naturally-healthy-month\/\">free event<\/a> of Picnic in the Park held on Saturday \u2013 May 18, 2019 at The Borough Gardens, Cornwall Rd, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1RG. The activities are free and run from 11 am to 3 pm on the day. This free event is being hosted by Stepping into Nature, Dorchester Town Council, Natural Choices, Clinical Commissioning Group, LiveWell and Active Dorset.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All\nare encouraged to bring a picnic, stay relaxed, have fun and try out\nnew activity. At the park, you can enjoy music, go around the stalls\nand try out free taster sessions of various activities such as yoga,\nzumba, orienteering, woodwork etc. The event is a demential friendly\none.  \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Public\nHealth Dorset is motivating people to get out of home, as spending\ntime outside will give great health benefits. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assistant\nDirector, Public Health Dorset &#8211; Rachel Partridge said that they are\npleased for supporting Naturally Healthy Month. Across Dorset, there\nwill be various activities and events organized to enjoy a day at\nparks and open spaces. It is not just for a getting out but improves\nmental and physical health and fitness.
