The\ncampaign is run by England Golf and the Golf Foundation. Interested\ngirls can try out free taster sessions and join the 6 week course\nafter the free taster. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There will be <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nwemail.co.uk\/sport\/17558803.girls-golf-rocks-sessions-coming-to-barrow-golf-club-next-month\/\">free taster<\/a> sessions held at four of the clubs in Cumbria as follows:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Barrow\nGolf Club at Rakesmoor Lane, Hawcoat, Barrow in Furness LA14 4QB on\nSaturday &#8211; May 18, 2019 between 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm and the classes\nwill run between May 25 to June 29, 2019. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carus\nGreen Golf Club at Burneside Rd, Kendal LA9 6EB on Saturyday \u2013 May\n25, 2019 between 12 pm to 2 pm and the classes will run between June\n4 to July 9, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eden\nGolf Club at Eden Golf Club, Crosby-on-Eden, Carlisle CA6 4RA on\nTuesday \u2013 May 21, 2019 between 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm and the classes\nwill run between June 4 to July 9, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penrith\nGolf Club at Salkeld Rd, Penrith CA11 8SG on Sunday \u2013 May 19, 2019\nbetween 3 pm to 5 pm and the classes will run between May 27 to July\n1, 2019.  \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nparticipants can come along to the free taster sessions and can stay\nrelax, play fun games, get time to chat and make new friends. The\nclubs will provide all the equipment required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nparticipants will be led by the PGA professional coaches and\nsupported by Girls Golf Rocks ambassadors from local clubs and the\ncounty girls\u2019 squad. Girls can come in a comfortable and suitable\ndress.
