Chester Pride has organized for a family fun day on Sunday \u2013 April 14, 2019 at Grosvenor Park, 9 The Groves, Chester CH1 1SD. The free event<\/a> will be running from 12 pm to 4 pm. Chester Pride will be launching a first Children\u2019s first activity book based on LGBT+ also with arts and crafts. They are holding their annual family fun day along with various activities for kids. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This\nyear activities include Cheshire Hellcats Roller Derby Display,\nChester Centurions Rugby Team, Market, Food and Beverage Stalls. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Families\nwill get a chance to try out some of the activities in the book for\nfree and they can get copies of the book also on the day. The book\nwill feature various arts and crafts projects which focus on the\ndiversity in the world and explaining kids about families and LGBT+\nfrom various examples. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nactivities on the family fun day will include greeting cards, wall\nart, models and also you can make your own Pride inspired flag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There\nare various activities running on the day such as Children’s Magic\nEntertainer, Kid’s Got Talent, Seed Planting, Craft Activities and\nCooking Demonstrations for all ages. Kids aged between 3 to 14 years\nwho want to take part in the talent show can register by sending an\nemail to funday@chesterpride.co.uk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some\nmore active things which include Cheshire Hellcats\u2019s demo of their\nsport, Roller Derby and the Chester Centurions team\u2019s rugby demos &\ncoaching. You can very well enjoy toys, sweets, refreshments,\nice-cream and tasty food and there will be plenty of market stalls.\nAll the activities on the day are free to participate and thanks for\nit being funded by the Tesco Bags of Help Scheme and M&S Bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nChair of Chester Pride – Warren Lee Allmark said that Chester Pride\nis really proud to launch their activity book, the first of its kind\nin the UK. This is a best way to bring knowledge among children and\nfamilies about LGBT+ identities in a fun way. All the money raised\nfrom this book sales will go to their charity. They have been in\nassociation with local artist Jon Cole for creating this book. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
