SKF\nMartial Arts are inviting the community to step into their doors to\nknow on various self defence arts at SKF and training that are\noffered to the individuals and families. In recent day, the\nimportance for martial arts among students is growing as self-defence\nand the centre is offering such arts in the best possible position. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kate Bagnall – Welcome manager said that they have opted to concentrate on fitness and in response they got increasing enquiries on self-defence arts. Hence a martial art based fitness session will be held on the day at 11am and a self-defence session at 1pm. These sessions will help the participants in knowing practical aspects of life skills in a safe environment. The\nclasses will be led by their experienced by Chief Instructor Jacey\nCashman and team ensuring support to the students in achieving their\ngoals. And the ethos of their club is martial arts for all having a\ncomplete inclusive policy. All are welcome at their Dojo irrespective\nof their age or abilities.
