This is as a part of Get Digital Course which is getting started from Wednesday \u2013 January 16, 2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Get\nDigitalis is a programme that involves various activities framed to\ndevelop creative digital skills and leadership qualities among the\nyoungsters of Cumbria. The course will run for 3 months. The\nparticipants will be offered with hands on film skills sessions, a\nchance to make documentary or dramatic films and one to one mentoring\nalong with an accredited qualification. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The students are given opportunity to take part in a project which is funded by the Cumbria Police Crime Commissioner Community Fund. And there will be a short film on Hate crime shot in 3 days from January 16-19. those interested will have to visit on January 16 &amp; 17 from 5.30 to 8 pm and January 19 will be a full day session.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nmain part of the course &#8216;Get Digital&#8217; will take place every Tuesday\nstarting from January 22 until March 12, 2019, during evenings from\n5.30 pm to 7.30 pm at Cooke\u2019s Studios,104 Abbey Rd,\nBarrow-in-Furness LA14 5QR and there will be a 3 full day shoots\nduring February half term. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Julia Parks &#8211;\nProject Manager said that this is really a fun and practical\nexperience programme for youngsters which covers script writing,\nstory telling, editing, cinematography, special effects and many more\nskills.
