Some of them are below:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Welcome to the Forest:  \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There has been a free event of Welcome\nto the Forest organised from Friday \u2013 January 11 to Sunday \u2013\nJanuary 13, 2019 at Waltham Forest Town Hall, Lloyd Park, Forest\nRoad. The event will run from 6 pm to 9.30 pm. Kicked off by by\nLondon Borough of Culture and it is a big family oriented event to\ncelebrate their past, present and future of north east London. The\nevent features specially framed music, neon-lit winter carnival and a\nchoreographed light installation. For more details\nhttps:\/\/wfculture19.co.uk\/welcome-to-the-forest. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Talk on Cavalry War<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There will be a free\ntalk by Adam Zamoyski who is a Historian &amp; Author on January 11,\n2019 at National Army Museum, Royal Hospital Rd, Chelsea,\nLondon SW3 4HT at 11.30 am. He will talk about the\ncavalry&#8217;s uses in Eastern Europe after first world war. It is a free\nevent but booking is recommended. To book, please visit\nhttps:\/\/www.nam.ac.uk\/whats-on\/last-cavalry-war-europe. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Free Taster session: \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There will be a free taster for those\naged 19+ years on January 11, 2019 at The View (Epping Forest), 6\nRanger&#8217;s Rd, Chingford, London E4 7QH between 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm. Led\nby textiles lecturer Talula Noor and run along with Waltham Forest\nAdult Education Service. The participants can make a magical forest\nbox and decorate with the materials found in the forest areas. You can find 20th century&#8217;s furniture, clothes, records,\ntextiles, salvaged homeware and more.
