There has been free taster\nsessions on various fitness based activities on Saturday \u2013 January\n5, 2019 at newly opened Oxhouse Fitness Centre, Woodspring Stadium,\nWinterstoke Road, BS24 9AA. Saturday will be a open day running from\n8 am to 8 pm. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Adam Stanton was\npassionate on physical fitness & martial arts and to share his\nlove for fitness, he started Oxhouse at North Worle, Oxhouse\nIndustrial Estate, Ebdon Road in February 2015 along with his family\n& friends. Now their centre has grown and changed their centre to\nthe new location at the Sports hall of Weston Football Club at\nWinterstoke Road. Finally they started their new centre on Wednesday.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Adam said that the new\nenhanced centre will help the residents to gain fitness and good\nhealth goals with fun. There is no need for membership or a personal\ntrainer as their classes are coached. Their coaches will give the\ntrainees with all their experiences and a workout scaled class\naccording to everyone’s fitness level will help to work out a new\nchallenge each day individually or as a team. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The fitness centre is\nhaving a workout space of 500 sqm with Dedicated CrossFit Floor,\nFitness Floor, Open Gym space and 5 rigs which includes 50ft CrossFit\nrig, Weightlifting platforms, Extensive equipment and Astro track.\nTheir facilities include 50 classes per week Open Gym during all\nopening hours, Large car park, Showers & Lockers, Social events,\nClass Programme App, Chill out area and Drinks machines. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
