The training workshop will take place at Hardwicke Building, New Square, London WC2A 3SB, United Kingdom between 6.30 pm to 9 pm.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop will give the participants great insights into the benefits of inclusivity in the workshop. The session is aimed to improve the confidence level with health conditions and disability and motivating inclusivity in the workplace. The workshop is focussed on HR professionals, employers, people with disabilities, diversity and inclusion professionals and managers.<\/p>\n<p>Schedule of the workshop<\/p>\n<p>6.30 pm to 7 pm \u2013 Reservation &amp; Drinks<\/p>\n<p>7 pm to 8 pm &#8211; Disability issues in the workplace<\/p>\n<p>8pm to 9 pm &#8211; Networking<\/p>\n<p>The session will cover:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How to recruit and manage people including with disabilities<\/li>\n<li>Effective management of different people so as to ensure increase employees satisfaction and thereby productivity.<\/li>\n<li>About the laws relating to people with disabilities.<\/li>\n<li>4 key areas \u2013 business, bias, behaviour and belonging, where you require to be a master and be confident with disability at workplace.<\/li>\n<li>Practical examples of creating an inclusive culture at workplace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Amanda Okill said that there is an assumption that hiring disabled may cause business a risk of making unprofitable due to absence, costly adjustments etc. But these are misleading assumptions. So organisations which are not interested\u00a0in engaging wide talent people including disabled may be at risk of losing great expertise knowledge and opportunities with incorrect assumptions about disability.
