Delivered by Thurrock Adult Community College, the free workshops and after-school courses will be held to bring families together and participate in fun learning activities, at venues like Grays Library, South Ockendon Centre, Chadwell -St-Mary Centre, Purfleet Community Hub, Stifford Accorn Community Hub and the new Lightship Cafe.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-GB\">Children aged between 4 &amp; 12 years with families, will be able to join free after-school courses. They can get involved in Halloween craft activity, to make decorative items and in the October half-term join workshops like the Magic Magnet science sessions. Also being offered at the two libraries are &#8216;Wheel on the Bus&#8217; rhyme and craft sessions, plus a toddler taster workshop- &#8216;Let&#8217;s Cook Together&#8217;, and during the half-term, a &#8216;Three Bears&#8217; Chair Challenge&#8217; for 4 to 7 year-olds, at Purfleet .<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-GB\">Family Learning can be transformative too, with further learning for parents, carers and it supports children at school to achieve.
