The Liverpool 2017, with a dominant love theme linking it, is a festival spread across a series of locations, hosting a series of free events, featuring music, masters in arts and crafts. The festival launches on 10<sup>th<\/sup> February (Friday) eventing, running between 6:00pm &amp; 9:30pm and will conclude officially on 18<sup>th<\/sup> February (Saturday).<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-GB\">The Carlisle Buildings on Victoria Street has 4 floors of &#8216;Liverpool &amp; Love&#8217;, hosting over 30 artists taking part in it. Display timings for visitors are from 2pm to 6pm, Monday through Saturday. The &#8216;Liverpool LIVE&#8217;, starting on 11<sup>th<\/sup> February, is set in Victoria Street&#8217;s Courtroom Cafe. The evening will see local musicians, performers, acoustic performances, DJs and best bands, that will culminate in a Late Night Jam. Stalls of Liverpool Market is also set out here. Volunteers of the city&#8217;s Refugee &amp; Asylum Seekers Association, LARA, will be present to answer questions, throughout the event. One-off events include- Sing With Love on 13 February and Liverpool Acoustics evening of music for couples and singles on Valentine&#8217;s Day. Loverpool After Party is the gig which concludes the festival.
