People are urged to join to help a post Christmas health overhaul. The free workshops start on 14<sup>th<\/sup> January. They will be held at the Jubilee Community Centre, on Charlwoods Road, East Grindstead, starting at 6:30pm. The workshop will help people fight the bulge and motivate them for long-term changes of their lifestyle. The course is designed for those with a body mass index over 25kg (or overweight by 1 to 1.5 stone).<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-GB\">The course runs over 3 months, will cover topics on food labels, food-planning, eating-out, activities and sports. Session to learn to cook a healthier meal also offered in special sessions of &#8220;cook yourself slim&#8221;.
