It&#8217;s packed with events and everything is free. Everything starts off with a special launch night on 11<sup>th<\/sup> May. The launch will have storytelling by Ben Haggerty of the Crick Crack Club, plus Maria Warner, author, academic, mythographer and critic, with author Marcus Sedgwick to present a talk on fairy tales.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-GB\">The Literature Week is filled with storytelling, talks, fairy tales, theatre and hands-on fun. Lionel Shriver will make you see the short story &#8216;Pin Drop&#8217; in a whole new light. In an event for families, Globe Education will perform their &#8216;Midsummer Night&#8217;s Dream&#8217; in a reworked and shortened version. At the British Library, enlighten your lunchtime with talks on Angela Carter, translation and African folklore. After dark, British Academy&#8217;s beautiful HQ at Carlton House Terrace will have live storytelling, pop-up lectures and fun.
