There will be a series of free events during the day, provided by the Bideford Festivals Committee that includes a Ferris Wheel, fun-fair rides and roller-skate rink. A traditional fancy dress party will be hosted for children by Bideford Pannier Market. The organisers are attempting to make a world record by creating the longest ever conga line on roller-skates. All are invited to take part in this fun-filled <a title=\"Bideford New Year's Eve celebrations has free events\" href=\"http:\/\/www.northdevongazette.co.uk\/news\/bideford_prepares_to_see_in_2015_1_3894987\" target=\"_blank\">free event<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-GB\">Registration for the record attempt will start at 6:30PM and the event will start at 7:30PM. The evening will have entertainment on the former Radio-1 Roadshow stage. The Voice FM will head-up to the countdown to the midnight chimes of St.Mary&#8217;s. A laser-light show and fireworks will culminate the evening&#8217;s celebrations at Chudleigh Fort.
