It is a regular free event and will be held on 4<sup>th<\/sup> November, Tuesday, from 10:00AM to 1:00PM, at the Wellingborough Library on Pebble Lane. Visitors can lookout for real options for skills and employment and for help with CV writing, interview skills, techniques of job search and careers advice.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-GB\">Chairman of the Wellingborough council\u2019s services committee, Peter Morall, said the free event will help anyone thinking of career change, setting up their own business or looking for work. He pointed out that skilled people made redundant, are those who haven&#8217;t had to apply for a job for years. They can be helped here, by matching potential employers and to help them through the recruitment process, he added.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-GB\">Alison Kelly is from the business consultancy, The Mallows Company, which organises the <a title=\"Rose event for skills and employment at Wellingborough\" href=\"http:\/\/www.northantstelegraph.co.uk\/news\/jobs-fair-helps-employers-and-the-unemployed-1-6368480\" target=\"_blank\">free event<\/a> for the council and the National Careers Service. Alison Kelly said employers use the Rose event to pick out skilled people, without costly job ads. So, it&#8217;s worthwhile for somebody looking for work. They also get free advice, build on confidence, improve skills and also find genuine job vacancies that aren\u2019t anywhere else.
