Free taster day at Bishop’s Stortford Musical Theatre Company Juniors

There has been a free taster day organised on on Sunday – January 13, 2019 at The Bishop’s Stortford High School, London Road, Bishops Stortford, Herts, CM23 3LU. The taster day will run from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm.

The Bishop’s Stortford Musical Theatre Company Juniors is starting their classes and to have a debut show during summer. BSMTC Juniors, a sister group of BSMTC Youth, is a new musical theatre company for youngsters aged between 7 to 14 years launches this month. The theatre will start their production with The Little Mermaid from Disney at Rhodes Arts Complex.

The taster day will begin from a fun warm-up and every children will be given chance to know and taught dance, songs and acting from characters of The Little Mermaid. The Little Mermaid is the story of princess Ariel who is dreaming the world above sea. It is based on a fairy tale (Hans Christian Andersen) and Oscar winning animation film of Disney.

The juniors team is expecting talented artists to play the characters of the musical play. There will be weekly classes for singing, dancing and acting held at in musical theatre and improvisation classes will be held on every Sunday for a great show in this summer.

Matthew Nash, membership and production co-ordinator for BSMTC Juniors, said that they are happy to launch BSMTC Juniors and they have given successful shows.

Chloe-Lee Frazer – Choreographer said that they will be providing right tuition and role suits your skills of your child whether they are beginner in dance or experienced.
