There is a free event of Milford Fish Festival coming back this year on Saturday – June 22, 2019 at Mackerel Quay (Milford Marina), Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire. The event will run from 10 am to 8 pm. This is the launch event of Pembrokeshire Fish Week run by Pembrokeshire county council. Pembrokeshire Fish Week will be celebrated from June 22 to June 30, 2019. The festival will have line up of wonderful free activities and events.
You can enjoy the entertainment performed by Walkabout entertainers and The Trawlers. Pure West Radio will be entertaining entire day with live music. There will be various activities such as cookery classes, craft workshops, children activities, miniature ponies, face painting, interactive fishing pool etc.
You can enjoy tasting at the ‘Fish Kitchen’ with seafood cookery demonstrations by the local chefs and there will be the Milford Chowder Trail running around Milford Waterfront where you can help to decide on Milford Chowder Champion competition for this year.
There will be street food stalls, sea food stalls including Assembelly, The Pod, Swshi, Choc Shop and bar. You can also find stalls of local producers, crafts stalls. On the water, you can try canoeing with Paddle West, taster boat trips with Discover Coast and Cleddau crew.
