Young Marketeers’ Summer Sale

There will be free entry to the Young Marketeers’ Summer Sale organized by Borough Market on Thursday – July 4, 2019 at Borough Market, 8 Southwark Street, London SE1 1TL. The market will be open from 11 am to 1.30 pm. The local school children from Southwark and surrounding boroughs will be holding stalls with school grown fruits and vegetables. All the proceeds will be given to FareShare, a charity to relieve food poverty. Just turn up for the market and enjoy well. From protest to patrol; aspects of policing by women in southern England:

There will be free talk held on Thursday – July 4, 2019 at LSE Library: The British Library of Political and Economic Science, 10 Portugal Street, London WC2A 2HD. The session will be between 1 pm to 2 pm. There will be an overview on the nature of work of women in the police in the past 10 2 years by Dr. Clifford Williams. There will be free admission to the Curator’s talk on the lost photographs of Gerty Simon by Dr. Barbara Warnock on Thursday – July 4, 2019 at The Wiener Library, Russell Square, Bloomsbury, London WC1B 5DP from 6.30 pm to 8 pm. He will discuss about the latest exhibition at the library on the works of the photographer Gerty Simon. There will be free entry to Turning Tide Festival celebrated from July 5 to 7 & July 12 to 14, 2019 at Greenwich Peninsula.
