Free entry to Twycross Zoo for armed forces this week

Warwickshire based attraction – Twycross zoo has come up with an offer of free entry to the Armed Forces personnel to mark the importance of Armed Forces Week celebrations.

The zoo is giving Free entry this month from Monday – June 24 to June 30, 2019 at Burton Road, Atherstone, Warwickshire CV9 3PX. Last week, the educators got free entry on June 22 & 23, 2019 and now this week armed forces members. The zoo will be open from 10 am to 6 pm.

The attraction is a home to more than 500 animals with 125 species, some are the rarest animals on the planet such as endangered species of Eastern black rhino, leopards, penguins, monkeys, orangutan, gorillas, bonobos and chimpanzee.

Come along to enjoy and you can feed the lorikeets, walking with lemurs, petting the goats and enjoy Butterfly Forest. Kids can enjoy by driving their own Safari Car and go around the Explorer Zone track, enjoy splashing in Wet ‘n’ Wild area which is apt for this summer and soft play area for little ones. You can also visit Himalaya visitor centre for a tea break or yummy meals from the restaurant.
